Dr. Callaway is a fellowship trained, orthopedic spine surgeon who specializes in both surgical and nonoperative management of spine conditions. He has a special interest in providing the least invasive approach to manage the patient’s condition and has special training in minimally invasive spine surgical techniques, robotic spine surgery, and motion preservation. Dr. Callaway graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia. He then completed medical school at Mercer University School of Medicine. He moved to Augusta, GA for orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia. He the completed spine fellowship at OrthoCarolina. He is excited to move back home to serve Athens and Loganville.
